Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Freenote Cloth purchase. If for any reason you are not content, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
